• How do I create an account?

  Open LifeNest, complete the welcome tour, then sign up with your email and password on the login screen.

• I forgot my password.

  Password reset in the app is rolling out soon. Email us from your registered address and we will help you regain access.

• How do I delete my account?

  Follow the steps on our Delete account page. We verify requests sent from your registered email.

• Is my data encrypted?

  Production app traffic uses HTTPS. See our Privacy policy and Data safety summary for details.

• Is LifeNest medical advice?

  No. LifeNest supports general wellness and is not a substitute for professional medical care.
